Welcome to the Foreign Missions website of the Western District.
This site has been created to give any Pastor or minister of the Western District the ability to view the schedules of all Foreign Missionaries coming through the District, and more importantly your immediate Region, for the current year.
As the Regional Directors schedule services they will put that information on the appropriate dates in their Regional Calendars.
Region 1 is Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the Director is Bro. Don Demyan.
Region 2 is Section 5 and 6 and the Director is Bro. Clayton Brown.
Region 3 is Sections 7, 8 and 9 and Bro. John Thomas is the Director.
Bro. Michael Hanks is the District Director and Bro. John Thomas is the Secretary/Treasurer.
In August 2009 the Western District Board approved the appointment of a Promotion Director and Bro. Jerry Powell was asked to serve in this position.
We are aware of the busy schedules that every Pastor has, so we trust this will be a blessing to each of you as you lead your church in revival, evangelism and growth.
The department now has a Blog for the purpose of promoting missions, mission's events and conferences in our district. The site is intended to be informative and inspirational. We trust it will be a blessing to all. The Blog address is: http://wdfmd.blogspot.com.

There is also a Twitter account for our department...it is WDFMD and is used to notify those following of new Blog posts as well as other interesting, informative and inspirational information.
